Job Description:

Crowe is seeking an experienced Transformation Tax Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and leading with an empathetic, problem-solving mindset. This individual will join our Tax Transformation team and work directly with the Crowe Tax team to ensure they have the support and resources needed for leveraging the full Tax Suite of products.

You will spend the balance of your day interacting with and focusing your attention on Crowe's Tax teams, whether it be demonstrations, onboarding/training new employees, or responding to requests that require solutioning to a resolution. You'll also be a part of our Transformation team and in your role, it will be critical to remain highly collaborative with the Transformation team, software vendors, and our development teams by providing feedback and information that can help inform Tax transformation roadmaps and ensuring the Tax team is getting high quality technology that meets its needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Tax teams receive responsive and superior service in ONESOURCE products - you are their dedicated person to ensure their adoption and use of our technology is successful and have an exceptional experience along the way
  • Radiation of our technology and offerings with Tax to help enable new opportunities, efficiencies, and standards
  • Lead demonstrations, onboarding, training, and implementation for new and existing employees
  • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and share best practices to help our clients get the best use of our products
  • Maintaining lists on key matters, questions, issues, etc., with the objective of closing and following-up on all items added to these lists
  • Sharing Tax team feedback internally with our Transformation and technology team and provide recommendations for new features, processes, or other improvements to help with tax efficiency
  • Assist with special projects related to our technology
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment which may require additional hours during parts of the year to meet Tax's transformation and technology needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  • Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent and Masters in Taxation required
  • 5+ years of Tax experience in public accounting or a corporate tax department
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage projects and meet self-imposed deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across multiple disciplines and levels
  • Familiarity and demonstrated understanding of full suite of Tax Products including, but not limited to: ONESOURCE Income Tax and ONESOURCE Tax Provision
  • Familiarity and a demonstrated understanding of software training and onboarding
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Will consider someone 100% remote

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $94,000.00 - $223,000.00 per year.
