What to Expect
The Infrastructure Project Controls Systems Engineer's primary role is to contribute to the team by helping to solve unique problems in a creative and often unconventional manner through the lens of an adaptable and data-driven approach. As part of the Project Controls team, the Infrastructure Project Controls Systems Engineerdirectly supports the programs of multiple Tesla facilities. The Infrastructure Project Controls Systems Engineerwill work with Project Managers and site leaders to collect data and develop systems for the purpose of optimizing Project Controls programs and initiatives; to identify Key Performance Indicators and relevant data points directed towards improving employee experience at Tesla facilities; to develop procedures to assist in the continued implementation of Project Controls Programs and to use these procedures to provide support to the onsite Project Controls teams.
