Overview
As M365 Copilot Customer and Analytics Driven Evals Team (CADETs) we are looking for a highly motivated Principal Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, product quality, and actionable insights. As part of the CADETs, you will manage feedback channels, drive VIP customer partnerships, and ensure insights flow into the Copilot product development cycle. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, product adoption, and quality improvements for Copilot experiences across M365 Copilot Chat, Researcher, and Analyst. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, solution architecture, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet strategic customer needs. Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
