Shipping Associate II Batesville, IN Pay : $19.00 per hour 26-00638 Position Overview The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role supports daily warehouse operations by picking orders, operating forklifts, and processing shipments through carrier systems. The Shipping Associate ensures all outbound shipments are properly documented, labeled, and staged while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Job Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately for outbound shipment Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse Process shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software Verify order accuracy and ensure all shipping documentation is correct Label, weigh, and stage shipments for carrier pickup Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area Follow company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures Support general warehouse operations as needed Job Requirements Previous forklift experience required; certification preferred Experience using UPS and FedEx shipping systems Ability to accurately pick and prepare customer orders Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong organizational and time management skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry packages as required by the role Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts #ZR
