This position supports the stability, availability, and performance the core technical infrastructure, including storage systems, VMware virtualization, backups, and disasterrecovery processes. With a new manager stepping into place, the team is seeking a strong technical SME who can quickly integrate, maintain operational continuity, and reduce risk across the environment. They will execute backup and recovery strategies, perform routine testing, ensure compliance with security policies, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and support the team through oncall rotations for critical incidents. The role will also identify opportunities for optimization and automation using scripting, and will collaborate with crossfunctional technical teams across the department.
