KPMG is currently seeking a Delivery Lead, Technology Transformation COE to join our the Automation team.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and enforce delivery methodology, templates, and checkpoints (PDD, SDD, runbooks); manage intake-to-build lifecycle, ensuring accurate estimation and resource allocation
  • Lead multiple automation workstreams; monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; perform design and code reviews for RPA and GenAI solutions; ensure compliance with security and audit standards
  • Coach developers and associates; foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement; drive capability uplift in GenAI, CoPilot, and Power Platform
  • Act as primary liaison between Center of Excellence and business units; manage expectations and communicate delivery status; facilitate sign-offs and change management for production deployment
  • Collaborate with Ops team for bot scheduling, patching, and incident management; maintain delivery metrics and contribute to COE performance dashboards
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum eight year of recent experience in technology delivery roles, with at least three years in RPA/Automation leadership; hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 and exposure to GenAI integrations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus; certifications in Automation Anywhere Master, ProfessionalGenAI, Prompt Engineering certifications (Azure OpenAI) preferred
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and automation governance framework
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex delivery portfolios
  • Strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and automation lifecycle
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
