Key Responsibilities Monitor Snowflake data loads and operational data pipelines Support SQL Server fundamentals (read-only queries, job monitoring) Assist with replication health checks and alerts Support Tableau extracts and data refreshes Identify and escalate data issues with clear diagnostics Partner with Engineering on root cause analysis Document data operational procedures Data platform maintenance What Success Looks Like Early detection of data issues Reduced downstream reporting incidents Accurate and timely escalations Growing understanding of data flows and platforms Strong collaboration with Engineering Skills & Experience Data platforms, SQL, and analytics Familiarity with databases and data tools Strong attention to detail Ability to learn complex systems quickly Clear communication skills Growth Path Technology Ops Specialist II (Data) Ops Engineer Data / Engineering roles Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
