What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within a financial institution environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unwanted or suspicious activity.
• Report and document incidents, observations, and any unusual circumstances in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.
• Participate in site training sessions and maintain required certifications for armed security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
