Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour ($15.50 per hour for shifts that start after 10 AM)

Shift: Remote Schedule | (Available Shifts {Monday - Friday EST} 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM | 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM | 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM | 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM)

Training will take place from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

You're a Fit If You :

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of previous customer service experience in a call center or help desk environment
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Applications
• High-speed internet
• Excellent customer service skills

What You'll Be Doing:

• Acts as client advocate
• Works under minimal direction
• Answers phones, voice, and electronic mail to respond to client requests
• May also interact with clients through an online chat system
• Identifies, documents, researches, and resolves customer issues using CRM software
• Effectively documents all client interactions
• Able to manage cases for multiple projects while ensuring timely resolutions
• Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation
• Prevents potentially negative client interactions
• Adheres to all policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
