CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Client Project Manager II to join our Asset Management Team in West Point, PA, where you'll play a key role in helping clients enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and maintain compliance through strategic asset management support. In this role, you'll partner closely with client stakeholders to streamline processes, oversee initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered successfully, efficiently, and with long-term performance in mind.



What You'll Do:

    Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, streamlining communication and clarifying expectations for consistent project execution
  • Understand client needs, success criteria, and business goals to shape project scope and ensure highquality outcomes
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and expectations
  • Provide regular dashboards, status updates, and performance reports to clients and internal leadership
  • Track key metrics, evaluate project outcomes, and lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Identify risks early, troubleshoot proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Support the preparation of proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documentation
  • Interpret client contract requirements to ensure compliance and alignment across teams


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, planning, science, engineering management or related field required, or equivalent combination of experience and licensure
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience required; minimum of 4 years of project management experience required
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience preparing proposals, project plans, and project closeout documents
  • Ability to interpret client contract requirements and ensure alignment across teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred
  • Sharp problem solving skills with the judgment and discretion needed to navigate challenging situations
  • Excellent communication-clear, articulate, and adaptable for different audiences
  • Strong relationship building abilities with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Consulting industry experience highly preferred
  • PMP certification preferred

Salary Range:

$52.88 - $57.69

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
