About the Role We're looking for a Process Engineer to join our growing foundry engineering team and support the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with senior engineers, production, and quality teams to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance across foundry operations. What You'll Do Support development and optimization of foundry processes including molding, melting, pouring, heat treating, and finishing. Collect and analyze process data to identify opportunities for quality, yield, and efficiency improvements. Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Assist with documentation of process changes, work instructions, and manufacturing standards. Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to reduce scrap and maintain customer requirements. Support process audits, inspections, and ISO and customer quality initiatives. Assist with tooling and process troubleshooting on the production floor. Participate in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives. Work under the mentorship of senior engineers to develop skills in casting processes, tooling, and process control. What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or 3-5 years of relevant foundry or manufacturing experience. Experience with dry sand, green sand, permanent mold, or investment casting product lines. Knowledge of process improvement methods, tooling design, and manufacturing documentation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in both office and foundry environments. Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $65,000 to $85,000, based on education, experience, and demonstrated skills.
