Supply Technicians Columbia SC Pay from : $28/hr MUST : Experienced Inventory Specialist Must be eligible for Public Trust clearance 2+ years of professional experience working in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations or supply chain support Experience working with electronic inventory tools : Scanners, barcode systems and/or GIPs Experience with medical/surgical supplies is plus Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs Solid communication skills both written and verbal Good customer service skills Strong attention to details High School Diploma or GED College education is a plus DUTIES : Ideal candidates will support warehouse operations to ensure accurate and adequate accounts of all products for Government client Check, update and manage Daily Delivery Logs and Inventory Count Sheets Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and issue supplies and materials, ensuring proper inventory control and documentation Maintain detailed records of inventory levels, orders, and usage, utilizing computer systems for tracking and reporting Inspect incoming supplies for quality and compliance with specifications, documenting any discrepancies or damages Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations are followed during the handling and storage of hazardous materials Work closely with other departments to identify supply needs and resolve any supply chain issues that may arise Prepare reports and assist in the development of supply budgets, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and goals Expired Item Removal Reports and Stock Discrepancy Reports ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
