Position is in Lake Norman - Oniste - oncall rotation Position Overview: As a Level 2 Network Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of our network infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security. You will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, as well as providing guidance and support to junior team members. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in network architecture and contribute to the growth and stability of our IT infrastructure. The Network Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of Duke Health's network infrastructure. This includes provisioning, installation, configuration, monitoring, design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and daily support of network devices. The role focuses on supporting the enterprise network infrastructure across Duke Health's hospitals, clinics, data centers, and research environments. Additionally, the analyst will participate in implementing network projects of various sizes at different Duke Health locations. You will work with a team of network professionals providing 24/7/365 on-call support, both remotely and on-site, which may involve night, holiday, and weekend work.
