Position Overview
The Test Professional I will support the Software Production Team by implementing and executing testing activities for a Windows-based C# desktop application. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional, recent graduate, or a student nearing completion of a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. The team operates in an Agile/Lean environment and collaborates across both local and international locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute test solutions for a Windows-based C# desktop application.
• Support testing activities using internally developed testing tools (C#-based, non-commercial).
• Assist with testing related to the Automation Portal used by customers to program, debug, and commission PLC devices in factory environments.
• Work across multiple tasks and priorities, adapting to shifting project needs.
• Collaborate closely with software developers and testers in a team-based environment.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and periodic in-person team meetings as required.

• Programming experience in C# is required.
• Basic foundation in software development and testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Active students nearing degree completion will also be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently once trained.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

• Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies.
• Experience or exposure to automation, PLC environments, or industrial software systems.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.

• Collaborative team environment with both local and international team members.
• No travel required.
• Flexibility in work hours during the week to accommodate students, as long as 40 hours are met.
