  • We are looking for a Sr. Anaplan Developer to be part of the global Operations Compensation team. Our team measures and evaluates the employee life cycle by using data to design compensation strategies for hourly employees.

  • As a developer on our team, you will solve unique and complex problems at a rapid pace, utilizing the latest technologies to create solutions that are highly scalable.
  • The ideal candidate relishes working with large volumes of data and enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex problems.
  • They can design a roadmap and implement technical solutions based on customer feedback. They gather data and user requirements and translate those needs into Anaplan enhancements and/or new models.
  • They work directly with engineering teams to develop and refine integrations to receive and vend Anaplan data to/from other systems. They have expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and business intelligence tools.
  • They partner with customers to identify strategic opportunities where improvements in data infrastructure create out-sized business impact.
  • They are comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a fast-paced team.
