SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, CONSOLIDATIONS IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY The Financial Reporting team's goals are to provide proactive, timely, and accurate financial reporting that is shared externally in our annual and quarterly filings with the SEC. Additionally, this reporting is used by the business monthly to assess and make decisions on operations. The success of the Financial Reporting group depends on dedicated, strategic-minded individuals who understand financial accounting and can provide timely information to important constituents. We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst in Consolidations to join our team, reporting to the Finance Manager, Consolidations. This role will be involved in many critical areas of financial accounting, reporting and business support. You will work with a diverse and cross-functional team, domestically and internationally. Since the Company operates in a dynamic environment, you will be exposed to numerous new accounting transactions and encouraged to think critically to propose suggestions on the appropriate accounting treatment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Global monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process. Execute the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement consolidation process Support preparation of the monthly and quarterly consolidated cash flow statement Work with both group and site accounting leadership to ensure consistency in financial reporting for consolidation Support administration of the global financial consolidation reporting system Partner with other business functions to implement advanced functionality in our global financial consolidation reporting system to support both internal and external reporting requirements. Assist in the preparation and review of the financial information and disclosures included in our SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, earnings releases, proxy statement, etc.) Participate in SOX annual compliance for the close and consolidation process Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of various financial and business processes Integration with the treasury, tax and financial controlling and FP&A teams relating to various business and accounting topics Work directly with internal and external auditors to provide analyses and any required audit documentation necessary MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 3 years of public accounting and/or public company experience Experience preparing financial statement consolidation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience using OneStream consolidation system Big 4 audit experience Certified Public Accountant 5+ years of public accounting and/or public company experience High level of competence and proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting Knowledge of design and execution of internal controls Excellent organizational and analytical skills Process oriented with significant attention to detail Independently motivated to research and problem solve Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Excellent oral and written communication skills NICE TO KNOW COMPETENCIES: Deliver Results Understand the mission and output of your team; set SMART objectives and deliver Drive Change Focus on agility and commitment to continuous improvement; Understand and act on internal and external drivers of change Build Capability Foster a culture of learning and development; Support individual growth through continuous feedback to achieve personal and professional goals Cultivate Innovation Openly embrace, create, implement and support new and innovative ideas, processes and technology that deliver business results PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT (US): All positions in our office require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
