Overview
We're hiring a
Senior Product Manager (PM) to lead the development of scalable
measurement systems and
experimentation frameworks for Copilot. This role is part of the Copilot product team, which enables rigorous, data-informed product development across the organization.
You'll be responsible for building the infrastructure and processes that help product teams define success, measure impact, and learn quickly. Your work will directly influence how Copilot features are planned, evaluated, and iterated-accelerating product velocity and improving user outcomes.
Copilot is evolving rapidly, and our ability to measure what matters is key to staying ahead. This PM role will help teams focus on outcomes, learn faster, and deliver more impactful products-making it a
force multiplier for growth and innovation.
About the Team:
This team of Product Managers exists to accelerate organizational growth and impact by enabling self-serve, structured, and actionable data insights. We partner with data science, engineering, and product leadership to elevate measurement maturity across Copilot.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
