Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director of Investment Banking to join our investment banking division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in investment banking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial markets. This role requires strategic vision, the ability to manage high-level client relationships, and the expertise to drive significant business growth.

Base Salary: $185,000-$225,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other financial advisory services.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of pitch books, financial models, and other transaction-related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices in financial services.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and other networking events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment banking, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in originating and executing complex transactions.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment banking products, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the highest levels.
