The Competitive Cost Benchmarking (CCB) Co-Pilot will act as the "control tower" of Cost Benchmarking activities within Stellantis, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders (Engineering, Plants, Customer & Marketing Intelligence). It will identify needs based on internal requests competitor trends, leveraging interactions with third-party partners to support Cost & Total Production Cost in improving vehicle costs. The CCB will operate globally with a consistent approach across the regions, fostering connections and driving improvements everywhere. The CCB will create synergies and build a strong benchmarking network, both inside and outside Stellantis, through collaboration with competitor benchmarking companies (third parties). We are looking for a regional role, which will primarily interface with the Head of the Tech center, Program CVE and Planning.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:



  • Provide robust & detailed competitors TPC evaluation (complete vehicle, system level), compare with STLA vehicles to define and implement challenging opportunities
  • Establish & update BIC Target. Update when is needed to guarantee challenge target for next Programs
  • Create and manage CCB Plan yearly based, collecting all the needs from CTPC & stakeholders. CCB will be the "control tower" in CTPC for all cost bench activities managing and reporting about budget, activities & results
  • Work in synergies, create a network with benchmarking stakeholder like PDTBenchmarking team, Eng Meta function & w external suppliers
  • Create a robust database, able to support decision for new development, serial life & transversal comparison
  • Manage all the proposal created through a system connected w all the stakeholder to facilitated the implementation
  • CCB team will work globally with the same approach in all regions
  • Contact point w 3rd party, to reach all the news, trend opportunities
  • Plants, transversal marketing across all stakeholders to spread CCB studies and collects needs
  • Define area of improvement in STLA, based on collected needs and comeback from 3rd party



Deliverables Competitive Cost Benchmarking Co-Pilot will support:



  • Challenge Specification, disruptive solution to implement
  • Support target setting in advance phase (vehicle or part level)
  • Cost reduction proposal generation (development phase (D2C) serial life)
  • Competitive sensitivity (not full vehicle scope)
  • BIC TPC

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Cost, BOM Management, and cost consolidation
  • Strong knowledge in: Engineering and vehicle technology and Costing (cost management, cost consideration and cost evaluation)
  • Project Management (planning skills, teamwork, budget management, like to PEM role)
  • Advanced Skills in Excel and data management
  • Must be well-organized, well versed in establishing priorities, support other organization needs and requirements


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
