The Competitive Cost Benchmarking (CCB) Co-Pilot will act as the "control tower" of Cost Benchmarking activities within Stellantis, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders (Engineering, Plants, Customer & Marketing Intelligence). It will identify needs based on internal requests competitor trends, leveraging interactions with third-party partners to support Cost & Total Production Cost in improving vehicle costs. The CCB will operate globally with a consistent approach across the regions, fostering connections and driving improvements everywhere. The CCB will create synergies and build a strong benchmarking network, both inside and outside Stellantis, through collaboration with competitor benchmarking companies (third parties). We are looking for a regional role, which will primarily interface with the Head of the Tech center, Program CVE and Planning. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
