Description This customer is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Supervisor to lead their IT service desk team. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of managing service desk operations, and driving continuous improvement in customer experience and service quality services. This role leads and mentors an IT Support team, overseeing staffing, scheduling, and performance while promoting a culture of accountability and technical excellence. It manages ITILbased processes, ensures policy compliance, and drives continuous service improvement. The position monitors system health, coordinates with infrastructure and application teams, and serves as the primary escalation point for major incidents. It also administers ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, optimizing workflows, automation, and ticket quality. Additional responsibilities include tracking KPIs such as MTTR and customer satisfaction, presenting performance insights to leadership, maintaining accurate asset and configuration records, and developing strong knowledgebase and selfservice resources. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
