We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager with a strong background in high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys leading client engagements, tackling complex tax matters, and contributing to a collaborative, growth?oriented team. Responsibilities Deliver high-level tax planning, research, and advisory support for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. Lead multiple client engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely delivery, and effective budget management. Review and oversee preparation of individual, partnership, trust, estate, and corporate tax filings. Resolve complex tax issues and stay informed on changing federal, state, and local tax laws. Manage client relationships, including identifying new service opportunities and supporting billing processes. Train and mentor team members while contributing to firmwide initiatives such as business development and process improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master's in Taxation is highly preferred. Active CPA license is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax, ideally within public accounting, with strong exposure to high-net-worth, trust, and/or estate work. Proficiency with tax software platforms (e.g., CCH Axcess, Thomson Reuters UltraTax) is advantageous. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership ability, and client service skills. Willingness to work seasonal overtime. Valid driver's license.
