Lead critical IT projects that transform Koch's employee services by partnering with product teams that enable employee success and collaboration, foundational accounts and devices, and transformational mobility and XR experiences. Our Team

The team is comprised of other project managers, a program manager, project coordinator, and Scrum masters. We lead diverse technology projects impacting all Koch businesses that enable employees to collaborate successfully, manage foundational accounts and devices, and support transformational mobility and XR experiences. This individual will drive enterprise-wide transformation while maintaining stable operations and optimizing risk, delivering impactful results across various business units and technologies.

Location: This role can be located in Wichita, KS / Plano, TX / Atlanta, GA and requires an onsite presence with flexibility.

This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end project management for key IT initiatives in Identity and Authentication, Endpoint, and Collaboration product spaces. Create and maintain all project documentation, track project deliveries, monitor milestones, and hold regular status meetings using project management tools.
  • Partner with technical resources and leadership to define project scope, objectives, measurements, and success criteria, focusing on outcomes that maximize value. Manage resources and timelines with a mindset focused on responsible resource management and accountability.
  • Ensure project alignment with business vision, strategies, and priorities. Lead cross-functional teams, leveraging each member's unique gifts and comparative advantages. Provide feedback and recommendations to any level of project team. Communicate transparently with stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creative problem-solving, and knowledge sharing by taking initiative to improve processes and achieve better results, always upholding high ethical standards. Proactively identify and resolve obstacles using sound judgment and a disciplined approach to decision-making.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams to successful outcomes
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and relevant tools
  • Ability to bridge technical and business needs, translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Aptitude for learning, adapting, and applying new knowledge in changing environments
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies, including AI, to solve business problems

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Demonstrated experience leading IT projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, coding concepts, or emerging technologies
  • Experience driving efficiency and quality improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
