The Spirit of the Position:


  • Country Club Plaza
  • Pay range $50,000-$60,000 annually

The Facilities Manager oversees the operations of a location(s), under the direction of the Operations Manager to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Facilities Manager will support the programs and initiatives originating from our home office and help to support the individual needs of their operational teams throughout their assigned location(s).

Principal Job Duties:

* Sole Point of contact for any parking inquiry or need for the Country Club Plaza

* Administrative and tenant communications in a timely manner (phone calls, emails, etc...)

* Monthly parking inventory tracking and asset management

* Routine inspection of all garages

* Oversight and management of the enforcement team

* Escalation of issues to senior management as needed

* Project management over any updates, changes, additions to the parking operation

Daily Responsibilities:

* Monitor and respond to emails from tenants, property management, and internal teams within one business day

* Address inquiries related to parking access, violations, billing questions, and general operations

* Maintain a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented tone in all communications

* Daily walkthroughs of facilities to inspect for safety, maintenance, and compliance issues

* Conduct enforcement team pre shift huddles

* Work alongside enforcement team in the field to ensure best practices and the SOP is being followed

* Review appeals dashboard, enforcement dashboard, ensure productivity is being met

Weekly Responsibilities:

* Follow up on unresolved tenant issues

* Attend bi-weekly meetings with Client and other vendors of the Plaza

* Create schedule for enforcement team

* Review enforcement routes with facilities/ leadership as needed for adjustments

* Send leadership team weekly summary

* Disciplinary actions as needed

* Inventory review and order supplies as needed

Monthly Responsibilities

* Safety Audit Completion

* Operational Audit Completion

* Financial statement review

* Review of staff performance

* Meeting with Client to provide possible improvements, projects, and updates to the operation

* Prepare monthly operational summary

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

* 1+ year in a Management role.

* Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.

* Parking management experience is preferred but not required.

* Experience working with financial statement/accounting, P&L reports and budgeting.

* Ability to be flexible in schedule in order to meet operational needs. This may require occasionally working outside of regularly scheduled hours.

Physical Demands:

* Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.

* Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.

* Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.

* Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
