The Corporate Account Manager will join a team that is responsible for the sales growth and profitability with Yum Brands in the US.

What You Will Do:

  • Help deliver the YUM! Brands sales strategy in the US
  • Responsible for accelerating sales through contract negotiations with key global, national and local stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales promotional programs for YUM! Brands.
  • Develop and manage budget to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and lead Franchisee EBR sessions.
  • Ensure the effective coordination of accounts and service excellence through field sales personnel
  • Promoting total Ecolab services to YUM! Brands
  • Pursue highly visible, progressive, profitable market leading accounts which are strategic to Ecolab's future.
  • Keep abreast of trends across QSR industry.
  • Lead "high, wide and deep" relationships development efforts within YUM! Brands

Position Details:

  • Location: Texas is the ideal location for this position. Open to candidates who lives on the west coast as well.
  • Valid drivers' license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Travel required: approximately 50%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of five years of consultative sales experience and sales management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with executives
  • Industry related experience and strong knowledge of the QSR industry
  • Master's degree in business administration
  • Excellent financial (P&L) acumen

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $128,600-$193,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
