Position Details:

  • Plant location:High Point, NC
  • Work week & shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • Compensation package offered: $17.00 / hour

What You Will Do:

  • Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency, setting the standard for quality and compliance
  • Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Use TPM tools to drive improvements in safety, efficiency, and customer service while reducing operational costs
  • Keep leadership informed on daily activities and operational challenges, contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement
  • Proactively communicate quality issues or other situations that impact safety, quality or productivity to the appropriate leader
  • Support the development of others byassistingin training teammates and sharing knowledge
  • Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs, as well as standingupwards of 10 hours

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$17.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
