PRN (work as needed), shifts and days vary Baptist Health Floyd, Respiratory CareSouthern Indiana/ Louisville, Kentucky area The Respiratory Therapist engages in the treatment and prevention of cardiopulmonary disease, utilizing respiratory equipment and techniques as prescribed by a physician. The Respiratory Therapist is a resource professional specializing in state-of-the-art respiratory technology and patient care based on evidence based, outcomes driven, and scientific standards.Position/Opportunity Highlights: * Opportunity to work in all areas of the hospital * Opportunity to use a variety of Respiratory Therapy skills * Opportunity to work with a great team of Certified and Registered Respiratory Therapists Qualifications: * Associate or bachelor's Degreefrom an AMA Accredited Respiratory Program Current NBRC Credentials as CRT/RRT required * Successful completion of the CRT or RRT exam from the NBRC Active Indiana State Respiratory Care Practitioner License BLS certification required, will provide training * ACLS certification within 12 months of hire PALS certification within 12 months of hire * NRP certification within 6 months of hire We offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
