Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator in the Fiber Division plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure construction projects. This is a collaborative environment where strong organizational and communication skills are key. Projects are to be delivered on time and within scope.

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
  • Act as a liaison between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment for project activities, ensuring efficient utilization.
  • Identify and assess project risks, and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining financial records.
  • Generate regular project status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to address and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.


Qualification and skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
