Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
• Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM
• Employment Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

• Build wooden crates and packaging components according to the provided specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately to ensure product protection and quality.
• Operate power tools such as pneumatic nail guns, hand-held drills, saws, and fixed cut-off saws safely and effectively.
• Perform general shop and workshop duties to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
• Follow safety guidelines, procedures, and work instructions consistently.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting production expectations.
• Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift while performing physical tasks.
• Lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 6 months of carpentry, woodworking, or crate-building experience.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of power tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and assembly.
• Dependability and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication and basic problem-solving skills.
