A growing industrial operation with a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship is seeking a dependable Mechanical Warehouse Associate to join its warehouse and shop team. Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (mandatory overtime required)
• Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Pay After Conversion: $17.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Clean, load, count, and wrap materials using plastic and other protective packaging.
• Load and unload warehouse materials and equipment.
• Assist with washing trucks and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Check out welding machines and assist with servicing welding equipment.
• Perform general shop and warehouse support tasks as needed.
• Operate a forklift for approximately 10% of daily duties.
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper use of required PPE such as steel-toe footwear.

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in basic equipment handling and servicing.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience; warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Dependable work ethic and interest in long-term employment.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required.
