Responsibilities We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operations and Integration Engineer to serve as the technical engineering lead and point of contact (POC) for a mission critical program developing a cutting-edge capability for Space Systems Command. The ideal candidate will apply deep expertise in engineering principles to assess requirements, develop engineered designs, and oversee technical execution. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with various stakeholders, including government and contractor personnel. This position entails providing overarching guidance and technical direction for the program to ensure seamless development and operation execution. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Chief Engineer and primary technical POC for the program.

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
