ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with executive leadership teams and develop a strong understanding of business goals, challenges, and priorities.
  • Partner across HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, I&D, Org Effectiveness) as well as FP&A and P&L leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions.
  • Identify organizational trends, risks, and opportunities; develop databacked recommendations in partnership with business and matrix HR leaders.
  • Advise leadership on talent management, organizational development, compensation, performance management, and change management best practices.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HRrelated data to enable informed decisionmaking and support business growth.
  • Use research, benchmarking, and workforce analytics to provide business insights and influence talent strategy.
  • Play a key leadership role in organizational change initiatives, reinforcing a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach and support leaders in making effective talent decisions and driving accountability for results.
  • Lead and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely completion.

  • HR Analytics - Use metrics to measure impact, identify trends, and inform decisions.
  • Leadership & Coaching - Provide executive coaching and support leadership development.
  • Inclusion & Cultural Competence - Promote belonging and navigate cultural nuances in a global environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
  • 8+ years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated influence across senior stakeholders
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to manage crossfunctional projects from planning to execution
