Your responsibilities

* Conduct root cause analysis of optical line card failures through electrical debugging.

* Lead the Debug team in investigating production failures and identifying trends.

* Report on failure trends and manage open/closed cases weekly.

* Collaborate with internal design teams to suggest and implement design changes.

* Create and maintain product troubleshooting guides for team use.

* Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation across components and subsystems.

* Author technical reports to document findings and solutions.

* Mentor and guide other debug engineers and technicians on key projects.

Must-Have:

* BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree

* Minimum of 2 years' experience debugging electrical circuits

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

* Experience with hardware testing and PCBA troubleshooting
