What You Will Do:

As a CDL Driver, your primary daily responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Assists with maintaining warehouse conditions to a high standard of safety, organization, and cleanliness inside and outside facility.

• Checks documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Inspects loads to ensure that cargo is secure.

• Reports vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage.

• Maintains logs and other documentation, as required.

• Follows delivery instructions accordingly.

• Checks condition of trailers and equipment, reporting any issues immediately.

• Secures cargo for transport, using provided and required equipment.

• Follows appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods.

• Performs basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including emergency roadside repairs.

• Loads and unloads trucks utilizing a forklift or other equipment.

• Repairs and maintains tools and equipment.

• Prepares orders for delivery.

• Drives trucks, and delivers orders to construction sites.

• Performs basic computer functions.

• Assists with the maintenance of the vehicle yard.

What You Will Bring to the Team

Required experience, knowledge, and skills for this role include:

• Two (2) years of applicable experience delivering equipment.

• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Current and valid CDL A or B License

• Requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record and must comply with DOT and other applicable requirements.

• -or- Equivalent combination of the above education, training, and experience.

Travel: Travel to project sites to make deliveries is required. The majority of travel is confined to the local area, with occasional travel to other locations outside of the local area.
