Do you love turning data into smarter processes? As an Optimization Consultant, you'll focus on driving improvements within aircraft maintenance planning, programs, and reliability processes. You'll define solutions and alternatives that maximize operational effectiveness while ensuring sustainable regulatory compliance. This role offers a unique opportunity to analyze how the Engineering Department operates, quantify performance, and propose optimizations, whether through tool enhancements or process revisions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Inflight, Customer Experience, Pilots, Supply Chain, Maintenance Planning, and Production, while working independently to deliver impactful results. Your work will help shape efficient, data-driven processes that keep Southwest's fleet safe, reliable, and ready to serve our Customers. Additional details:

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $108,700.00 per year to $120,800.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
