Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Rounds

As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Rounds in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols and help to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the site. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and upholding our values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you navigate the property to maintain a secure environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or incidents.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support operational needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
