Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Scrum Master! About the Role The Scrum Master is accountable for managing day-to-day aspects of Lean-Agile processes for Symetra teams. The Scrum master may lead one or more agile teams and work with cross-functional teams. These teams support initiatives that are critical to Symetra's business functions. The Scrum Master works closely with the Product Owner to understand backlog priorities, goals, and scope, and facilitates team discussions to deliver agreed upon outcomes. The Scrum Master is an Agile champion, driving the team through agile events such as sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos. They advocate changes to the team process, to ensure continued improvements in software quality and delivery. This role operates in a hybrid agile environment, requiring flexibility in applying agile practices while adhering to established enterprise processes, governance, and vendor delivery models. The Scrum Master adapts agile techniques as needed to align with non-agile dependencies and external partners. What you will do

Compensation Salary Range:$96,700 - $161,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus programs Who you are
