Overview
The Messaging & Real-Time Analytics (MRTA) organization sits at the heart of Azure Data, powering the platforms that turn events into intelligence through Fabric Real-Time Intelligence, Graph, Maps, and Digital Twin Builder. As part of the MRTA Executive Office and reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, this role drives the communication and operational rhythm of the business (ROB) that keeps the organization aligned, informed, and moving at pace. You'll partner closely with the Chief of Staff to continually evolve the CVP's internal and external communication strategies, strengthen organizational clarity, and ensure seamless execution across MRTA's ROB. You'll help shape how MRTA shows up - on LinkedIn, at global conferences, and across internal channels - while building the structure and cadence that connect strategy to execution. The ideal candidate brings kindness, positive energy, creativity, organization, and influence - someone equally comfortable contributing to a keynote narrative, simplifying a process, or driving accountability through disciplined action tracking. You'll combine communications expertise with operational excellence, translating leadership vision into clarity, consistency, and momentum across a large global organization. This is a high-impact role for a strategic communicator and operator who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves creating clarity from complexity, and wants to help shape the voice and operating heartbeat of one of Microsoft's most exciting AI growth engines.
