At Eugene Therapy of Oregon (part of Optum Behavioral Care), our mission is to provide exceptional mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples, family therapy and adult psychiatric care. We strive to improve individual mental health by improving relationships. We take a non-pathology-based approach (meaning free from blame) to treating a myriad of relational and mental health conditions. Our clinicians are focused on meeting the mental health needs of our neighbors in Eugene, Portland, Bend, and surrounding communities. As an Associate Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant at Eugene Therapy, you will be responsible for providing support to patients and the clinical staff. The Associate Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant will support providers with the check in and check out process for patients, register new patients, prepare paperwork and review for accuracy, verify completion of consent and insurance eligibility, process time of service collections, handle existing patient communications, manage internal referrals, and ensure work locations are presentable and welcoming. Location: 399 E. 10th Ave. Eugene, OR 97401. Schedule: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am-5pm PST.

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
