Summary Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Work from home with travel required occasionally.Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Construction Planner to join our team! This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN. Knowledgeable of healthcare planning and design. Must have strong understanding of healthcareoperations and best practices. Knowledgeable of building codes, building design, construction planning,scheduling, budgeting and contracting practices. Knowledgeable in medical equipment and specification,and internal medical systems. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.Must be a self-starter, motivated, with strong organizational skills. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills. Must be able to schedule meetings, develop agendas, lead design sessions, andissue meeting minutes. Strong computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products. CADexperience preferred. Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm. Periodic travel to various facilities throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana will berequired. Qualifications
