Where You'll Make a Difference

* Ensure site compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations
* Maintain required permits, licenses, and regulatory documentation
* Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific EHS programs and procedures
* Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations
* Lead emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response coordination
* Deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and visitors
* Perform routine audits, inspections, and drive corrective actions
* Track and report EHS performance metrics in site management systems
* Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with IFF's sustainability goals

What Makes You the Right Fit

* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations
* Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs
* Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills
* Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

How Would You Stand Out?

* Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
* Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and waste reduction programs
* Proficiency with EHS software and digital reporting tools
