General Surgery

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an Exciting Potential Opportunity for a General Surgery Physician at the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, WA. This will be a short term assignment, 4- 3 month periods with potential for 12 months.

Job requirements:

Board Certification: Must be board certificed/board eligible by The American Board of Surgery and be currently certified in BLS, ACLS or equivelency.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in nursing after graduation. 1 year experience in a surgery clinic, step-down unit, intensive care unit, or post-anesthesia care unit within the past 5 years.
• Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State.
• DEA: Must have and provide current DEA Certification

Position will Offer:

• VA Business Hours: 0700-1530
• Clinic or OR Schedule: OR Surgical Cases: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm
• Observe federal holidays
