Position Summary The Client Administration Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all client lifecycle events including onboarding, terminations, consolidations and amendments to existing mandates. The role serves as a critical central hub within the firm, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, external partners and clients. The associate also contributes to account data governance, process improvements and operational continuity. This role requires a solid understanding of the asset management business, collaboration with a variety of departments, and excellent client service skills. Essential Duties
Client Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants on institutional separate account lifecycle events, including onboarding, amendments, closures, custodial conversions, consolidations, and vehicle changes.

This role requires candidates to work from a TCW office a minimum of four days a week. Flexibility for remote work is offered on one day, depending on business needs. Estimated Compensation: Base Salary: For a CA based positions, the base salary range is 130k - 150k. This represents base salary range only. Other Compensation:In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonus.
