Intern, College/Student

The Intern will:
*Support operational and supply chain projects
*Assist with process improvement initiatives
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams
*Develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

This role is intended for students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and focuses on learning and skill development.

Key Responsibilities
*Support assigned operational and supply chain projects under supervision
*Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
*Participate in continuous improvement efforts and basic process documentation
*Attend team meetings and contribute to collaborative work
*Prepare basic presentations or summaries of project findings
*Participate in training, learning sessions, and professional development activities
*Provide general project and administrative support as needed

Learning & Development
*Exposure to operations and supply chain functions
*Introduction to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean concepts)
*Mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals
*Development of professional communication and teamwork skills

Required
*Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
oOperations
oSupply Chain Management
oBusiness
oEngineering
oLife Sciences
oor a related field
*Strong academic standing (preferred GPA 3.0 or higher)
*Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Preferred
*Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to operations or supply chain
*Exposure to data analysis or process improvement concepts
