We have a position in Monmouth Junction, NJ for a Head, Information Technology to join our small, but experienced, in-house IT team. The Head of IT is responsible for developing and implementing organization's IT strategy aligned with company goals. Incumbent oversees all IT projects, IT operations, Data Privacy and overall Information Security, and also is responsible for managing related budgets, IT resources and overall priorities. She/he oversees day-to-day IT operations and business application system and provides leadership in management of IT Applications and Infrastructure, IT helpdesk services and related processes etc. supporting business units/functions throughout the organization. The Head of IT is accountable for adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Work Arrangements: We are a HYBRID work environment requiring local candidates to be able to work majority of week in our NJ office. Anticipated salary range: $330k - $400k /yr. Base salary offered is contingent on assessment of candidate's education and experience level relative to requirements of the position and a review of related industry standards and internal equity. Additional benefits: In addition to base salary, full-time employees are also eligible for incentives, including, but not limited to: bonus eligible, medical, dental, vision, Rx insurance, 401K with match, life insurance, paid Company Holidays, PTO, Paid Volunteer Time and Employee Resource Groups.
