Project Manager 5 - Supply Chain

As a Senior Capacity Planner, you will be a key member of the Global Operations Supply Chain Capacity Planning Team, responsible for identifying and mitigating supplier capacity risks and influencing commodity supply planning. The role plays a critical part in improving Lam's responsiveness to customer demand by ensuring alignment of supply plans are timely executed.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners such as Supply Chain Network Planners, Commodity Teams, Procurement, Inventory Team and GIS.

• Serve as a critical point of contact with Supply Chain stakeholders to assess, identify, and recommend mitigation strategies to manage supplier capacity risks.
• Drive comprehensive supply and demand analysis using data output from Kinaxis / SAP planning systems and translate analytical insight into actionable recommendations.
• Upload, maintain, and continuously improve commodity-specific capacity models to support ramping products, build plans and spares requirements.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
• Support ongoing business process development and strategic initiatives, including:
  • User Testing for Kinaxis enhancement or Supply Chain Digital Transformation deployments
  • Documentation of capacity planning business processes and training docs
  • Special projects to enable scalability and support of organizational goals

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Operations Management, Business, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management or program management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Proficient with Kinaxis (Maestro) / SAP, Microsoft Office / PowerBI.
• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
