Machine Control and Laser Systems Specialist/PSSR

Titan Machinery is adding a Machine Control Specialist/PSSR position to our team! In this role, you will be a valued member of Team Titan by:

Taking Care of Our Customers: Build strong business relationships with current and future customers through displaying a high level of initiative, integrity, and by meeting your commitments
• Being an Expert: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and machine control technology expertise by continual training and learning. Know your customers, your products, and processes
• Showing Commitment to Excellence: Complete accurate, detailed and timely documentation related to the machine control sales and support process
• Being Safe: Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe

Required:

• Have 1+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
• Love a fast-paced role with flexible/non-standard work hours, and have a "work hard, play hard" attitude
• Can use computer programs as needed to complete your work
• Enjoy building deep and lasting relationships, and communicating frequently with customers and employees
• Love to learn, and stay up-to-date on product training
