POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Grant Manager position will work closely with the Managers of Finance & Grants in the Section of General Internal Medicine. This role will take the lead in developing clear and thorough policies and procedures for a variety of research workflows and become the point of contact for research staff needing to learn processes. The Assistant Grant Manager will partner with the Associate Chief of Research and research staff leaders to plan meetings, educational sessions and community building opportunities. This individual will learn how to manage sponsored projects and be given their own grant portfolio to oversee.
