Description and Requirements About our Team What You Will Do In this role, you will support all aspects of the university recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our recruiting team, HR, and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment marketing, and generate talent pipelines. You will also play a core role in shaping the intern experience, helping ensure interns feel engaged, connected, and supported throughout the summer. Key responsibilities include:
You will have the opportunity to directly shape the experience of our interns and make decisions that influence program culture, community building, and overall engagement. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning memorable experiences, collaborating across teams, and making an impact. This is an excellent opportunity to build skills in program management, event leadership, recruiting, and communication while seeing the immediate impact of your work across multiple teams.
