As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Degree Level - A four-year degree in business, marketing, or engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of three years of relevant industrial sales experience is required, preferably within the vacuum industry. Knowledge Areas: - Demonstrate courage and integrity - Exhibit strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Drive to achieve results - Ability to manage pressure and setbacks while continuously developing - Strong interest in market trends and competitive landscape - Proactive attitude and openness to new ideas - Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Business Line Manager, and other sales engineers - Build and maintain relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders - Communicate persuasively - Awareness and control of body language Other Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Confidence in engaging with end customers - Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 10% local travel and up to 50% overnight travel) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel - Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
