Description Management/Leadership Summary: The Director of Operations - Pediatrics reports to the Vice President of the Children's Service Line and works in close partnership with the Chair of Pediatrics. This role provides operational leadership for the Pediatrics Department, with responsibility for resource management and procurement, program development and coordination, implementation of strategic initiatives, and oversight of day-to-day operations. The Director also serves as an operational resource to departments supporting pediatric care and acts as a key liaison for the Pediatrics Department, fostering cross-departmental partnerships to ensure efficient operations and promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
